1What is the participation fee?
The participation fee is 130 euro (65 euro for students) until 1st April 2019. From 1st April 2019, the participation fee is 180 euro (130 euro for students).
2Does the participation fee cover the expenses for transport from and to the local airport?
No, the transport from and to the local airport is not covered by the participation fee.
3What is the price of the social events - Lunch?
The social event Lunch (on April 20th) and is complimentary (it is free).
4Is the participation fee including the price for the hotel?
The fee for participation does not include the hotel, as any other activity, except the scientific event - lectures, as well as the complimentary social event - Lunch.

Booking and Cancellation Conditions
1How can I register for the scientific event and book a hotel?
Registration and Accommodation reservations can only be made using the official registration form (online, mail or fax). Registration and Accommodation reservations can only be processed and confirmed if accompanied by full payment. Accommodation will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and reservations received after 1 April 2019 will be processed but adequate accommodation and/or special event rates cannot be guaranteed. Accommodation reservations cancelled after 19 April 2019, or if you arrive later or leave earlier than the dates indicated in your reservation form, will be charged the full amount and no refunds can be made. All refunds due will be processed after the event.
2Is there any cancellation fee?
An administration fee of 30% will apply to all Registration cancellations received on/before 19 April 2019. No Registration refunds can be made for any cancellations received after 19 April 2019. Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague at any time and an administration fee of € 25 will apply. All refunds due will be processed after the event. Cancellations must be received in writing by the event’s Secretariat by the dates specified. Credit cannot be given for unused service, unattended events or early termination of attendance.
1Visas and Passports
All nationalities visit Bulgaria require valid passports. Visas are not currently required of EU nationalities, EFTA nationals, USA, Canadian or Australian nationals. Information of nationalities requiring a visa may be obtained from any Bulgarian Embassy or Consulate or on line. Please note that it take 5 to 6 weeks to process a visa application and early application is recommended. The Organizing Committee cannot accept any responsibility in connection with Visa Applications and the normal cancellation policy for registration fees or hotel deposits will apply in the event that a delegate is unable to attend the event due to late submission and/or rejection of their visa application.
The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any medical expenses, loss, damages or accidents during the event. We would in particular draw your attention to the cancellation policy in respect of registration fee, hotel deposit, etc. In the event that, for whatever reasons, the event has to be cancelled, or postponed , the Organizing Committee, will be responsible only for refund of money received. We recommend that delegates insure themselves for medical and cancellation charges.
The official language of the event is English there will be interpretation provided.
The Registration Deck will be opened in front of the event's hall as follows: Saturday 20 April 09.00 – 10.00; Identification Badges for the event - participants will receive their name badge on registration at the event.
5Certificates of Attendance
Certificates of Attendance will be included in each registered delegate’s satchel.
The standard electrical current supply is 220 volts AC (50 cycles).
The weather in April is generally warm and pleasant with the occasional rain shower. A light raincoat and sweater for the evenings, is recommended.
